C3 Design Limited is headed by Mark Benzie, an architect who specialises in residential design, development and project management.

Throughout his career Mark Benzie has been involved in the design and construction of high quality residential schemes. His experience, in managing all aspects of development and regeneration projects, encompasses more than just architecture and design. With a strong focus on collaborative working to achieve quality results, he has worked as an architect and project manager for leading developers and prestigious private clients.

Working with property developers and investors who provide repeat business and private clients who provide variety and individuality, he has built up a practice that is interesting and rewarding.

We’re still a small business, preferring to work efficiently and make the most of our contacts, rather than pursuing growth that would dilute our service and reputation. Most of our projects come by recommendation. We’re passionate about construction and property, but most of all value good relationships with clients, suppliers and contractors.
